PEACEBUILDING COMMISSION (INTERIM RESPONSE)

On August 1, POLOFF delivered the three reftel resolutions on
the creation of a UN Peacebuilding Commission to Julio
Peralta, Director of International Organizations within the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Peralta said he would pass
along copies of the resolutions to his colleagues at the
United Nations and would discuss it with them. Post will
forward any substantive response as it becomes available.
