Tilley, Political Officer, Diplomatic Passport No. 900353131 (Security Clearance: Top Secret); for travel to Foz do Iguacu, Punta Porta, Brasil and Posadas, Argentina on July 28, 2005 to August 02, 2005, for the purpose of meeting with local government officials regarding TIP Border Assessment. ¶3.
