Per Reftel, Post certifies that all visa issuing officers
are compliant with Visa Lookout Accountability (VLA)
guidelines, including Ident and Facial Recognition (FR)
procedures. Post's consular section has two officers, the
consul and a junior officer who adjudicates and issues
visas. There is one consular-commissioned officer who
serves as backup at post. Consular Section Chief is Sonya
Tsiros.
