On 5/4, PolOff informed MFA International Organizations Director Martha Moreno, OAS Desk Officer Mirtha Benitez, and Americas Director Cynthia Filartiga that the Secretary plans to head the U.S. delegation to the 35th Regular General Assembly of the OAS. ¶2. Moreno and Benitez advised that FM Leila Rachid will head Paraguay's delegation, but that the composition of the rest of the delegation is still under consideration. They were unsure of the delegation's travel plans, and did not know whether Rachid's husband would accompany her. Additional information will follow septel, as it becomes available. ¶3.
