On 12/9, the Charge spoke with the MFA's Acting Foreign
Minister Jose Martinez Lezcano and thanked him for the GOP
support and urged that the GOP keep this position during the
UNGA. Mr. Martinez appreciated the recognition and he
presumed the GOP would stick to its position in the UNGA.
