Per Reftel, Post certifies that all visa-issuing officers
are compliant with Visa Lookout Accountability (VLA)
guidelines, including Ident and Facial Recognition (FR)
procedures. Post's Consular section has two officers; the
Consul and one entry-level officer who both adjudicate and
issue visas. There are two Consular-commissioned officers
who serve as backup at post. Consular Section Chief is
Sharon Weber.
