On 10/6, Julio Peralta, the Director of the MFA's Office of
International Organizations, told Polcouns that he had been
in contact with other offices within the Foreign Ministry and
that he expected Paraguay would support the reelection of
Judge Thomas Buergenthal to the International Court of
Justice.
