SUBJECT: COUNTRY CLEARANCE REQUEST FOR OSCAR RIVERA



1. This is an action message. Please see paragaraphs 2 to 5.


2. Country clearance is requested for Oscar E. Rivera, INL
Assistant, Diplomatic Passport No. 900342540 (Security
Clearance: Secret) for travel to Buenos Aires and Mar de
Plata from September 15, 2005 to September 25, 2005 for the
purpose of 1st site visit for the Summit of the Americas.


3. Mr. Rivera will travel September 15, 2005 on TAM Flight
#PZ 701 from Asuncion to Buenos Aires and will return to
Asuncion on TAM Flight #PZ 704 from Buenos Aires on September
25, 2005.


4. AMEmbassy Asuncion requests AMEmbassy Buenos Aires provide
airport assistance upon arrival in Buenos Aires, travel to
Mar de Plata and hotel reservations in Buenos Aires and Mar
de Plata.


5. Amembassy Asuncion appreciates the consideration and
assistance of AMEmbassy Buenos Aires.
