The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) informed Embassy's Blue Lantern officer that unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) parts under license 05-879186 that were shipped from the United States on September 29, 2003 were received and checked by reftel recipients. All but one canceled item were accounted for. The MFA provided an inventory listing substantiating UAV parts received and indicated that an order for part number UXP31013, for "shocks", fitting a GNAT-750 model was canceled and the item not supplied. ¶2.
