Post received a diplomatic note in reply to the invitation by the Nonproliferation Bureau to attend the Seventh Annual International Export Control Conference. This note states that the GOT will send two representatives to participate in the Conference in Stockholm, Sweden from September 20-22, 2005. ¶2. The Turkish representatives will be: ¶A. Ali Riza Oktay; Head of Department, General Directorate for Export, Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade; ¶B. Aynur Ciray; Customs Specialist, Undersecretariat of Customs.
