(C) Per ref a, Army Attache followed up June 10 on possible
future dates for Turkey and the U.S. to share an open skies
flight quota with TGS Disarmament and International Security
Department Head BG Ethem Haldun Solmazturk. Solmazturk
responded that Turkey is open to talks in either Ankara or
Vienna to discuss sharing quotas for Aug. 15-19 or July
25-29, and awaits a U.S. response.
