(S/NF) Per reftel, PolMilOff passed Embassy Baghdad's recommended course of action for the GOT to proceed with an extradition request for two Turkish nationals detained by MNF-I to MFA Head of Iraq Department H. Avni Botsali on June ¶6. (Additionally, we understand that per its own previous instructions RMAS passed on a similar message to the Turkish National Police to pass to MFA.)
