¶1. (C) On March 18 we presented reftel demarche to Turkish
MFA Department Head for Disarmament Sabri Ergen, who thanked
us and said he appreciated receiving the U.S. point of view
as part of the overall picture regarding U.S.-E.U. relations.
Ergen did not comment on the text of the demarche.
