¶1. (C) We made reftel points on March 15 to MFA Middle East
Department Head Ulku. Ulku welcomed the U.S. position, which
he said Turkey would view positively. Ulku averred that
Turkey will continue to press Iran privately to work with the
EU-3 and IAEA.
