The Front Office here in Amman would like to express deep gratitude and appreciation to Suzanne Swanson for her valuable assistance following the hotel bombing attacks in Amman. Suzanne traveled to Amman from Cairo on extremely short notice to assist Post with the last minute visits of Secretary Rice, Director of National Intelligence Ambassador SIPDIS Negroponte, and former President Bill Clinton, all traveling to Amman to express condolences and support to the people and government of Jordan. Suzanne began working immediately after she landed in Amman, and calmly, efficiently and cheerfully helped the control officer for the Secretary's visit ensure that the visit was a success. HALE
