(C) On June 1, Charge briefed Jordanian Royal Court Minister
Marwan Muasher on the Proliferation Security Initiative
(PSI). Muasher replied that he expected Jordan would have no
problem in participating in the PSI, but encouraged us to
continuing working with FM Qasrawi to finalize a Jordanian
announcement. Post will re-engage with Qasrawi after his
return this weekend from the Euro-Med ministerial in
Luxembourg.
