1.Post is pleased to announce the publication of the Arabic
version of "Let It Shine: Stories of Black Women Freedom
Fighters" by Andrea Davis Pinkney. The book tells the story
of ten strong black women who worked to advance civil
rights. The women profiled include well-known women such as
Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth, and Rosa Parks, as well as
others who are lesser known, such as Ida B. Wells-Barnett,
Ella Josephine Baker and Fannie Lou Hamer.

2.Per standard procedure each NEA post will receive two
review copies of this title, sent to your APO address or
other address of record. For additional orders, please
