¶1. (S/NF) Post Legatt, acting on instructions it has received
through its own channels, has moved to contact al-Sudani in
order to follow up on his offer of cooperation, and Legatt
will pass reftel points to Mr. al-Sudani. After Legatt has
made contact with al-Sudani, post will reassess the
desirability of delivering reftel points to the GOJ.
