(SBU) Aitashev said that the GOK was interested in facilitating Kazakhstani companies' efforts to bid for development contacts related to Iraqi reconstruction. While Kazakhstan was not in a position to be a donor, the GOK hoped that Kazakhstani companies could assist in implementing development projects.
