¶1. (SBU) On December 7, 2005, per Ref C, Defense Threat
Reduction Office Almaty (DTRO-A) delivered JCIC-DIP-05-018
to Captain Rinat Mirsakhatov, Interpretation branch, Arms
Reduction Control and Inspection Activities Support Center,
Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense. Captain
