delivered the START treaty itemized cost lists for the
period July 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005, to Captain
Mirsakhatov, Duty Officer, Arms Reduction Control and
Inspection Activities Center, Republic of Kazakhstan
Ministry of Defense. Captain Mirsakhatov had no comments
and no reaction.
2. (U) POC for this action is Laura Smiley, Chief, DTRO-A.
