¶1. (SBU) On September 28, per Ref D, Defense Threat
Reduction Office Almaty (DTRO-A) delivered JCIC-DIP-05-016
to Lieutenant Colonel Akhmetalin, Acting Deputy Chief, Arms
Reduction Control and Inspection Activities Support Center,
Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense. Lieutenant
Colonel Akhmetalin received the document without comment.
