¶1. (SBU) On September 14, per Ref, DTRO-A (Almaty) delivered
JCIC-DIP-05-015 to Lieutenant Colonel Akhmetalin, Acting
Deputy Chief, Arms Reduction Control and Inspection
Activities Support Center, Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry
of Defense. Lieutenant Colonel Akhmetalin reacted favorably
to the proposed dates.
