¶1. Emboff delivered the subject letter from President
Bush to President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Zhandos Asanov,
Director of the Department of Europe and America at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs on July 26.
¶2. Asanov accepted the letter and promised to convey it
immediately to the Presidential Administration.
