We presented talking points per reftel to Artak
Apitonian, Head of the United Nations Division at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Apitonian stated he
respected the U.S. policy of non-disclosure for UN
elections, and hoped that Armenia would receive full
consideration for its candidature.
