As requested reftel, post delivered diplomatic note No. 29 to
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, dated August 27, 2004,
notifying the GONL that the USG had completed procedures
necessary for the provisional application of the Agreement on
the Promotion, Provision and Use of Galileo and GPS
Satellite-based Navigation Systems and Related Applications
done June 26, 2004. No immediate response was provided. If
