¶1. Econ off delivered reftel demarche and invitiation to the
Dutch Ministry of Transportation's Rene Fennes, Head of
International Relations and Guido Landheer, Head of Market
Access and Regulation on August 6th and 9th, respectively.
Neither had substantive responses. Fennes advised that the
GONL interagency ICAO assembly preparatory meetings will take
place in September.
¶2. Post will continue to seek GONL's delegation information
and reaction to our demarche.
