Post also delivered the points on July 15 to Alle Dorhout, who has the lead on EU designation issues in the Directorate for European Integration within the Department of External Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). ¶2. (C) Wenting and Dorhout said the GONL would take steps to prevent PKK fund raising, when possible.
