There have been no instances of government expropriation of private property, intellectual or otherwise, brought to the attention of the American Embassy or the Dutch government. Similarly, there have been no instances of disputes regarding American investment in The Netherlands or of the Dutch government failing to honor an investment related contract. SOBEL
