The Dutch MFA advised PolCouns on May 4 that Ms. Elke Merks,
policy officer in the MFA's Nuclear Affairs and
Non-Proliferation Division, will attend the "Europe and
Missile Defense: Transatlantic Perspectives" conference held
May 24-27 at Wiston House, Stenning, UK. Ms. Merks will make
direct contact with Wilton Park.
