She undertook to pass the information (in the form of a non-paper) to the incoming authorities at the MFA who will take office following the August 16 inauguration of Presdident-elect Leonel Fernandez. She explained that it would be up to the new administration to determine the Dominican Republic's position on these initiatives and to develop any Dominican proposals to table in the UNGA. HERTELL
