RESOLUTIONS

On November 5, Poloff delivered our demarche on human rights
resolutions currently being negotiated in the UN General
Assembly's Third Committee (reftel),to Bhutanese Embassy
First Secretary Karma Rinchhen. Rinchhen promised to convey
our points to Thimpu, but offered no substantive feedback to
the demarche. Post will continue to track Bhutan's position
on these resolutions and report any responses septel.
