¶1. Post personally delivered Dip note no. 583 to the Chief
of the Unit of Consular Legal Matters at the Foreign
Ministry. Spanish official informed post that they would fax
copy of Dip Note to the President of the Criminal division
of the National Court for any appropriate action
¶2. Embassy will keep Department informed of
developments in this case.
