PREPARATORY MEETING

CDA delivered reftel demarche to Acting Foreign Minister and
Information Minister Mohammed Abulhassan on August 23.
Abulhassan, who had no substantive response to the demarche,
said that he would pass the information and invitation to
Foreign Minister Mohammed Al-Sabah upon his return to Kuwait.
We also provided the notional agenda and background papers
to the Acting Foreign Minister.
