Abdullah al-Murad on another topic (septel),CDA elicited a
promise that Kuwait would co-sponsor the Costa Rican
resolution calling for a complete ban on human cloning. We
suggest USUN ask the Kuwaiti mission to confirm these
instructions with Amb. al-Murad.
