(U) Djibouti's primary delegation to the 59th UNGA will include Ismael Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic, Ali Abdi Farah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ismael Houssein Tani, Director of the Presidential Cabinet, and Djama Elmi Darar, chief of State Protocol. None of these delegates will be bringing wives or families. Information on translation needs, if any, to follow Septel. ¶2.
