Oral expressed disappointment that a Turkish citizen had been determined to be an enemy combatant, and reported that the citizen's family was in frequent touch with him about the case. Oral reported that the Turkish intelligence services are keeping a close eye on the three Turkish detainees who have so far been released to the GOT to ensure that they do not engage in questionable activities, and added that the GOT would follow the same procedure for other detainees so released.
