talking points, as well as draft Statement of Case and NGO
paper, on October 28 to Ashraf Zeitoon, Acting Deputy
Director of the Foreign Minister's Private Office. Zeitoon
gave no substantive response, but said he understood the
importance of our request and would ensure that the
information was distributed promptly to all relevant GOJ
agencies.
