¶1. Charge conveyed orally reftel talking points August 1 to
Ali al-Ayed, Director of Foreign Minister Muasher's Private
Office. (Post also faxed the points to al-Ayed's office at
the MFA.) Al-Ayed promised to have them brought to King
Abdullah's attention in Bangkok.
