WITH TRANSPOTATION SECRETARY MINETA
During my June 20 farewell call on Jordan's Minister of
Transportation Raed Abu Saud, the Minister made a point of
mentioning how much he had enjoyed your visit to Jordan in
March and particularly his conversation with you. He
mentioned that he would be visiting the U.S. on a private
visit at the end of July and the beginning of August and that
he would like to meet with you in Washington, if possible.
We would be happy to help with the coordination on this end
if you are able to meet him.
