(SBU) Econoff delivered ref demarche to Jordan Civil Aviation
Authority Director-General Hanna Najjar, who stated that he
will lead Jordan's delegation to the 2004 Montreal ICAO
General Assembly meeting. Najjar said that Jordan's support
for the U.S. candidacy for representation in Part 1 of the
ICAO Council is "a given."
