(U) Acting PolCouns delivered June 7 reftel talking points on
new administrative review procedures for enemy combatants at
Guantanamo to Basheer Zoubi, Deputy Director of the Foreign
Minister's Private Office. Zoubi asked to be informed of any
further changes to these procedures, as well as to be given
as much advance notice as possible on the release or transfer
of Jordanians at Guantanamo.
