Charge delivered reftel talking points and nonpaper text
April 21 to Omar Al Rifai, Secretary General of the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs. Rifai provided no substantive comment,
but promised to contact the Jordanian UN Mission in New York
the same day to pass on the information and our request that
Jordan speak at the Open Council Meeting in support of the
resolution.
