(U) PolOff delivered reftel nonpaper, in both English and
Arabic, on April 14 to Ashraf Zeitoon, Acting Deputy Director
for Foreign Minister Muasher's Private Office. Zeitoon had
no substantive comment, but promised to distribute the
information to relevant offices within the GOJ.
