Powell United States Secretary of State c/o Embassy of the United States of America 9 Mambilla Street Maitama District Abuja Your Excellency I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your recent letter on the IAEA Code of Conduct on the Safety and Security of Radioactive Sources and to inform you that Nigeria is a state party to the IAEA Convention on the Safety of Radioactive materials.
