¶1. (C) On November 04, PolOff delivered reftel demarche on
Iranian dual-use CBW procurement and Dutch visa policy to
Hedda Samson, Policy Officer of the MFA's Nuclear Affairs and
Non-Proliferation Division. Samson said she would pass the
reftel points to the relevant people within the Ministry,
including Dutch Intelligence (AIVD). PolOff will follow-up
with Samson next week to find out any further reaction.
