(C) On October 30, POLOFF delivered reftel demarche on the technical meeting preparations for the Australia Group to Hedda Samson, Policy Officer of the MFA's Nuclear Affairs and Non-Proliferation Division. Samson agreed to give reftel points to Dutch technical expert Mario Dorigo, who will be attending the Australia Group experts meeting November 3-4 in London. Samson recalled from a previous meeting with Dorigo that the Netherlands does not produce the aerosol sprayers the U.S. wants to add to the control list. Accordingly, she said she did not foresee any major problems, but deferred to the experts meeting for further details. SOBEL
