A. Attendance of Head of State: There are no plans for the
Queen to attend.


B. Attendance of Head of Government: Jan Peter Balkenende,
Prime Minister, will attend the UNGA HIV/AIDS meeting and the
Norway sponsored terrorism meeting on September 22.
-Arrival Date: September 21
-Departure Date: September 23
-Accompanied by: Mr. Eef Brouwer, Director-General Government
Information Services (RVD); Mr. Rob Swartbol, Foreign Policy
Advisor to the PM; possibly two security agents (TBD)

C. Attendance of Foreign Minister: Jaap de Hoop Scheffer,
Foreign Minister, will attend.
