AQSA FOUNDATION ASSETS

(SBU) A Dutch judge ruled today (6/3) that the GONL had made
its decision to freeze Al Aqsa Foundation assets on proper
legal and factual basis. Consequently, the Dutch will
submit Al Aqsa Foundation to the EU Clearinghouse tomorrow
(6/4) with a request that its assets be frozen European
wide. Germany and the UK are expected to support the Dutch
submission.
