GODR Ambassador Jesus Maria Hernandez, who was identified in Reftel A as Summit Coordinator, is out of the country and unavailable. Sencion will forward the points to Ambassador Hernandez upon his return. Sencion also noted that the GODR's delegation has not yet been determined but that it is likely to include the Undersecretary of State for Economic and Social Issues, Rolando Galvan, to whom she will also pass the talking points.
